The Customer Experience: High-Fidelity Branding

For the frontend, we focused on “Predictable” performance and immersive visuals to reflect the brand’s quality:

  • Interactive Menu Architecture: A responsive, mobile-first menu showcasing burgers, shakes, and desserts with optimized imagery to ensure fast load times across the UK.

  • Conversion-Driven UI: Designed with a “Flaming Nice” aesthetic, ensuring a seamless journey from the home page to the “Order Now” call-to-action.

  • Technical SEO: Engineered the site for local dominance in the UK food scene, focusing on fast indexing and performance metrics.

The Innovation: Custom Logistics & Supply Chain Backend

The standout feature of this project is the bespoke Supply Chain Management Panel developed for internal operations:

  • Logistics Automation: We built a private backend panel that allows the restaurant to place and manage orders for the raw materials and supplies needed for their end-products.

  • Inventory Governance: This system provides a “Unified” view of supply chain movement, ensuring the kitchen is always stocked and operational bottlenecks are minimized.

  • Operational Efficiency: By moving supply management away from manual tracking to an engineered digital panel, we reduced human error and improved procurement speed.

The Averiq Approach

This project exemplifies our “SaaS-studio” philosophy—taking a traditional business like a restaurant and providing an enterprise-grade technical backbone. We didn’t just build a website; we built an operational tool that scales with the Flame and Ice brand.
